What sizes of plots are available in Aduri Projects?
We offer flexible plot sizes to meet diverse customer needs, starting from 110 Square Yards to 600 Square Yards.
We also offer large Farm plots starting from 1 Gunta to 5 Guntas.
What is the typical period permitted for paying the full amount from the plot booking date?
We offer flexible payment plans to our customers who book plots. We typically follow the timeline below 15 to 90 days.

Does Aduri Group offer In-House EMI Payment plans without Bank loans to its customers?
Yes, we offer in-house EMI options. You can pay the plot amount in easy monthly installments directly to the company without taking any bank loan.

What is the typical timeline required to complete the Official plot registration process?
Plot registration will be completed within 15 to 30 Working days from full payment and submission of required documents.
The timeline may vary based on the availability of registration slots.
Is the customer's physical presence required at the registration office to complete the plot registration?
We complete the plot registration process in a “transparent” way.
We ensure all necessary documents (Sale Deed, No-Objection Certificates, etc.) are correctly prepared.
We will book the registration slot once the documentation work is completed.
Our expert legal and administrative team will guide you through the registration process on the day of plot registration.
What documents does the customer get after booking a plot?
A Booking Receipt
After full payment, Aduri provides the complete set of ownership documents, which includes:
- Registered Sale Deed
- Encumbrance Certficate (EC)
- Link Documents / Title Papers
How can I check the plots availability in the Aduri Group?

Can I pay the plot booking token amount online?
Yes. You can pay the token amount online through: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Bank transfer / NEFT / IMPS.
An official payment link will be shared by our sales team to make the payment.
You will receive a booking confirmation receipt from us once the payment is made.
Where can I see the progress of ongoing project developments?
We regularly share project development updates with our customers through WhatsApp.
What security measures are available in the projects developed by Aduri Group?
24/7 Security: The layouts are adversed with round-the-clock security personnel, ensuring continuous monitoring and control of access points.
Compound Wall: A solid perimeter wall is built around the entire layout to restrict unauthorized entry and define the boundaries.
CCTV Surveillance: Closed-Circuit Television cameras are installed to monitor key areas, mainly the entrance/exit and common amenity zones.
What documents are needed to buy a plot from Aduri Group?
Aadhaar Card
Two passport-sized photographs.
For NRIs: A valid Passport (mainly for Green Card Holders)
Are the layouts legally clear?
Yes. all our projects are verified by experienced lawyers.
Is a bank loan available for Aduri projects?
Yes, Many of Aduri’s projects are pre-approved by leading nationalized and private banks. We extend support to our customers throughout the loan applicaton process.
Is Aduri an ISO cerfied real estate developer?
Yes, Aduri Group is an ISO 9001:2015 certified real estate developer, demonstrating our commitment to maintaining the highest standards in quality management and customer service.
Can NRI customers buy plots from Aduri Group?
Yes, NRI customers can buy plots without any restrictions.
Documentation is provided in compliance with Indian property laws, and Aduri group supports NRIs with:

Is it mandatory for NRIs to visit the registration office to complete the plot registration process?
For NRIs, personal presence at the registration office is not compulsory.
They can authorize a trusted representative through a Power of Attorney (POA) to complete the registration on their behalf.
Form 32 (used for notifying change of ownership or power of attorney) is a legal form used to authorize a representative or update ownership details as per state stamps and duty law.
